Todas as propriedades devem periodicamente ser inspecionadas, para detectar possiveis problemas quer a nivel das instalações electricas quer das instalações de gás. Temos ao seu dispôr técnicos de Electricidade e Gás, disponiveis para realizar estas inspecções, obter termos de responsabilidade, ou realizar quaisquer tipo de trabalhos de electricidade e gás.
Aqui fica uma pequena lista de alguns dos trabalhos realizados nestas inspeccões periodicas:

Electricidade

  • Verificação de tomadas, electricas, tv e telefones
  • Verificação de protecções
  • Verificação de quadro electrico

Gás

  • Verificação de Esquentador e medição do nivel de monoxido
  • Verificação de ventilaçoes
  • Verificação da tubagem e torneiras de segurança
     

Electrical & Gas Inspections

All properties must be inspected periodically to detect possible problems, both, at the level of electrical installations and/or installations of gas. We have at your disposal qualified technicians to perform these inspections, obtain statements of responsibility, or perform any sort of electrical or gas work . 
Here is a short list of some of the work done in these periodic inspections:


Electricity

  • Checking of sockets, electric, tv and phones
  • Verification of protection
  • Check the electrical cabinet

 
Gas

  • Check gas water heater and measuring the level of monoxide
  • Check ventilation
  • Check tubing and stopcocks

Strom und Gas

Alle Eigentüme müssen im Rahmen der Strom- und Gas-Instalation regelmässig überprüft werden, um eventuelle Schäden rechtzeitig zu erkennen und diesen vorzubeugen. Qualifizierte Techniker führen diese Überprüfungen durch, stellen Qualitätsguthaben aus und nehmen notwendige Arbeiten vor.
